This 100% Syrah cuvée comes from a carefully selected plot on the clay soils of the foothills of Mont Ventoux. The vines, bathed in exceptional sunshine, are cultivated organically with minimal intervention. Natural winemaking, without any added additives, and a long aging process of 52 months in demi-muids reveal all the purity and authenticity of this remarkable wine.

Clos De T
Clos de T, also known as Clos de Trias, is a family-owned wine estate located in Le Barroux, at the foot of Mont Ventoux, created by Even Bakke, a winemaker of Norwegian origin passionate about expressing the terroir of the southern Rhône.
The estate covers approximately 18 hectares of vines cultivated using organic farming methods with respect for the environment, with a dedication to producing AOC Ventoux wines vinified as naturally as possible and aged for a long time in the cellar before marketing.
Clos de T produces red and white wines with marked aromatic profiles, made mainly from grenache, syrah, carignan and cinsault for the reds and from grenache blanc and clairette for the whites, reflecting the unique personality of the Ventoux terroir.
