A blend of Grenache, Syrah, and Mourvèdre from old vines on clay-limestone slopes, it is carefully vinified in concrete tanks to preserve the fruit and freshness. The palate is round, fleshy, and fruity, supported by supple and elegant tannins. A straightforward, bright, and enjoyable wine, to be savored now but also with the potential to develop further over a few years. Perfect to accompany a convivial meal or a flavorful dish.
