In Alsace, Domaine Julien Meyer practices biodynamic viticulture, paying particular attention to soil health and the natural balance of the grapes. Riesling, Sylvaner, and Gewurztraminer are vinified there with a focus on maximum transparency, often without the addition of sulfur.
Winemaking prioritizes minimal intervention, allowing fermentation to unfold naturally.
