Champagne Drémot Marroy

Champagne La Lierie Brut Nature

Champagne | White | NM

This cuvée celebrates the harmonious blend of Chardonnay and Pinot Noir, cultivated with respect for nature. Thanks to extended aging on the lees and the use of oak barrels, the wine offers a silky texture and an enriched aromatic structure. Its vivacity is expressed naturally thanks to the absence of malolactic fermentation and dosage, resulting in a champagne that is both rich and vibrant.

Our opinion on the vintage

This champagne captivates from the first glance with its golden hue dotted with delicate bubbles. On the nose, it enthralls with fruity and spicy notes, with a subtle touch of vanilla. On the palate, the lively and fresh attack is quickly followed by a richer texture, revealing flavors of plum, mango, and a hint of ginger. The structure is balanced, allowing its complex character to fully express itself. The finish prolongs the pleasure with a lingering minerality and refined tension, creating an unforgettable sensory experience.
