After leaving the cooperative winery to produce their own wines, Christelle and her father Bernard have created wines that are honest, straightforward, and simply delicious. Their 'Ailes et Moi' cuvée reveals fruit, spice, smoky notes, and a unique character, earning a silver medal at the Concours Mondial des Féminalise. A truly enriching experience awaits!

Located about twenty minutes from Montpellier, in the heart of the Pic Saint-Loup, Château Boisset is nestled in this landscape of garrigue and limestone hills that define the appellation's identity. Here, the vines face sometimes harsh conditions, but also a great demand for precision to get the best from the soils and exposures.

In 2015, Christelle Nadal returned to the family estate with a bold decision, made alongside her father Bernard: to leave the cooperative winery and produce her own wine. A significant choice, both personally and financially, but one she fully embraced. Vintage after vintage, her style has emerged: honest, straightforward wines, free from unnecessary embellishment, where the primary focus is on precision.
