This white wine is made from Grenache Blanc grapes grown on granite soils near the Mediterranean. The meticulous winemaking process begins with chilling in a cold room before low-pressure pneumatic pressing, ensuring the delicate aromas are preserved. Fermentation is maintained at a precise temperature of 16 to 18°C to maintain the wine's freshness. The wine is then aged in stainless steel tanks, further enhancing its purity and freshness.

Terra Remota
Terra Remota is a winery located in the Empordà region of Spain, founded in 2002 by Marc and Emma Bournezeau, a French couple drawn to the potential of this wine-growing land. The estate covers nearly 40 hectares and practices organic viticulture that respects the soil and the environment, favoring sustainable methods.
The vineyards produce a variety of red, white, and rosé wines from grape varieties such as Grenache, Chardonnay, Chenin Blanc, Syrah, Xarel·lo, and Tempranillo, often certified organic. These wines are crafted to express the aromatic purity of the Catalan terroir, combining freshness, structure, and elegance.
