Domaine Les Terres Blanches
Domaine des Terres Blanches is located in Saint-Rémy-de-Provence (13210), at the foot of the Alpilles mountains. Founded in 1968 by Noël Michelin, the estate sits on stony, limestone soil. It covers approximately 33 hectares and has been farmed organically since 1970. Acquired in 2015 by Christian Latouche, it has maintained its organic practices.
The estate produces red, white, and rosé wines under the Baux-de-Provence and Coteaux d'Aix-en-Provence appellations. The wines are made from grape varieties suited to the Mediterranean climate and reflect the elegance and typicity of Provence. The estate has a tasting room open to the public.
