Maxime Magnon
Campagnès 2021
Corbières | Red | 2021
The estate, perched at an altitude of 200 meters and stretching across the diverse schist and clay-limestone soils of the Hautes-Corbières, benefits from entirely manual viticulture that respects the environment. Vinification with whole bunches and indigenous yeasts takes place at low temperatures without the addition of sulfur. The juice rests in large oak casks before being gently aged in older barrels, guaranteeing an authentic wine with a pure and intense profile.

Our opinion on the vintage
Campagnès's wine is distinguished by its deep garnet color, inviting the nose to explore a world of candied red fruits, enhanced by a hint of spice. With aeration, menthol aromas add a refreshing touch to the bouquet. On the palate, the wine unfolds with great roundness and a velvety texture, revealing vibrant and pure fruit flavors, enhanced by citrus peel and a subtle hint of spice. The finish is dynamic, prolonged by an explosion of fruit and citrus aromas that stimulate the senses.
Maxime Magnon
Languedoc | France
Magnon showcases old, isolated vines in the cool, sunny areas of the Hautes Corbières. Its reds, of great purity, blend delicate fruit with a remarkably elegant structure. Subtle aging results in a silky texture and a tranquil depth. A limpid style, now essential for understanding the finesse possible in this region.
