Domaine Le Jonc Blanc
At Jonc Blanc, Isabelle Carles and Franck Pascal have chosen a demanding, near-biodynamic approach to agriculture, resulting in wines that are honest, structured, and sometimes surprising. The estate works with a variety of grape varieties, including Sauvignon Blanc, Sémillon, Merlot, and Cabernet Sauvignon, and above all, seeks to express the terroir. The wines often display a pronounced character, a dense texture, but also a refreshing energy. The winemaking process remains minimally interventionist, which gives the wines a unique and easily recognizable personality.
