This cuvée is crafted from a skillful blend of Négrette and Syrah grapes, sourced from carefully selected plots on a stony, boulbène terroir. The low-yield harvest yields rich, concentrated grapes. Gravity-fed vinification without crushing, followed by approximately four weeks of maceration, allows for the extraction of intense aromas. Aging for 18 months in large oak casks and barrels ensures supple tannins and aromatic complexity.

Domaine Le Roc
