Clos de Trias, marketed in France as Clos de T , is an organic Ventoux wine from Even Bakke, a wine to be tasted at least once in a lifetime. On the nose, it reveals delicate aromas of candied fruit and spices. On the palate, it seduces with its texture that is both full-bodied and elegant. Inspired by the non-interventionist methods of Fukuoka, Even Bakke offers a wine that fully reflects the unique terroir of the foothills of Mont Ventoux. The vines, cultivated organically on soils rich in varied clays, give rise to an authentic wine. Moderate use of sulfur and carefully selected bottling ensure a wine ready to be enjoyed.

Clos de T, also known as Clos de Trias, is a family-owned wine estate located in Le Barroux, at the foot of Mont Ventoux, created by Even Bakke, a winemaker of Norwegian origin passionate about expressing the terroir of the southern Rhône.

The estate covers approximately 18 hectares of vines cultivated using organic farming methods with respect for the environment, with a dedication to producing AOC Ventoux wines vinified as naturally as possible and aged for a long time in the cellar before marketing.

Clos de T produces red and white wines with marked aromatic profiles, made mainly from grenache, syrah, carignan and cinsault for the reds and from grenache blanc and clairette for the whites, reflecting the unique personality of the Ventoux terroir.
