Our opinion on the vintage

The wine has a straw-yellow color. On the nose, aromas of peach, lemon, and white flowers are clearly prominent. On the palate, it has a rounded texture with delicate notes of honey, white flowers, and citrus. This wine evokes freshness and sweetness, perfect for pairing with roasted sea bass with cherry tomatoes or a vegetarian ratatouille. Best enjoyed between 8 and 10°C, this wine has an aging potential of 2 years.
