Aud'Ace is the audacious encounter between the Aude region and Alsace, uniting Grenache Noir from the hills of Fitou and Alsatian Pinot Noir in a single bottle. This cuvée, born from the collaboration between Mas des Caprices (Leucate) and Wunsch & Mann (Wettolsheim), is conceived as a true family recipe: generous and sincere. On tasting, the wine displays an intense ruby color. The nose reveals aromas of small red fruits and grenadine, followed by spicy and peppery notes. The palate is fresh and luscious, supported by silky tannins and a beautiful, lingering finish.

Mas Des Caprices
