Our opinion on the vintage

This Pinot Noir boasts a beautiful red color and a fruity nose with aromas of red berries. On the palate, it offers a pleasant lightness with lingering notes of wild strawberries. Perfect to accompany veal risotto or cooked ham, this wine can be enjoyed at any time of day. It can even surprise with dessert, especially with a raspberry tart. A wine that knows how to charm the taste buds.

Domaine Biet

Domaine Biet

Loire | France

In Seigy, on the left bank of the Cher River, Domaine Biet is a story of family and tradition. Julie and her father, Jean-Marc, now work hand in hand on this Loire Valley vineyard, with a shared vision: to produce authentic wines, respectful of their environment and deeply rooted in their terroir. The estate stretches across clay-limestone slopes typical of Touraine, a few kilometers from Blois, in a vibrant rural setting.

Julie's connection to wine is long-standing and deeply personal. She grew up surrounded by markets, fairs, and grape harvests, immersed in the gestures and sounds of the trade. After several experiences in the wine trade, both in France and abroad, she returned to the estate with the desire to bring her own perspective, while remaining true to the family heritage. They work together, balancing tradition and adaptation, each contributing their unique sensibility.
