Our opinion on the vintage
Domaine Biet
In Seigy, on the left bank of the Cher River, Domaine Biet is a story of family and tradition. Julie and her father, Jean-Marc, now work hand in hand on this Loire Valley vineyard, with a shared vision: to produce authentic wines, respectful of their environment and deeply rooted in their terroir. The estate stretches across clay-limestone slopes typical of Touraine, a few kilometers from Blois, in a vibrant rural setting.
Julie's connection to wine is long-standing and deeply personal. She grew up surrounded by markets, fairs, and grape harvests, immersed in the gestures and sounds of the trade. They work together, balancing tradition and adaptation, each contributing their unique sensibility.
