This white wine comes from old vines grown in silica- and clay-rich soils with a limestone subsoil. After meticulous hand-harvesting, the wine undergoes malolactic fermentation. It is then vinified and aged for ten months in demi-muids and barrels, its natural character reflected in its certified labels. This dry wine is distinguished by its complexity and its potential to develop further over the next ten years.
