Champagne Pascal Agrapart

Champagne | France

The Agrapart house is located in Avize, in the heart of the Côte des Blancs, where the family has cultivated vines since the late 19th century. The estate was founded by Arthur Agrapart and has been passed down from generation to generation to Pascal and Fabrice Agrapart, who profoundly shaped the estate's identity from the 1980s onwards by asserting a demanding vision of terroir-driven champagne.

The vineyard spans approximately twelve hectares, primarily located in Grand Cru and Premier Cru classified villages of the Côte des Blancs, including Avize, Cramant, Oger, and Oiry. The chalky soils, typical of this area, are predominantly planted with Chardonnay, the estate's central grape variety, cultivated plot by plot to express the nuances of each specific site.

Vineyard management is based on practices that respect natural balances, featuring controlled yields and low-intervention winemaking. The cuvées are most often crafted without excessive dosage, in pursuit of precision, tension, and terroir expression, which has established Agrapart as a benchmark among grower Champagnes.
