The Ladeveze house is located in Gascony, in the heart of the Armagnac production area. This family estate perpetuates a traditional know-how, passed down through several generations, around the distillation and aging of eaux-de-vie.

The vines used for Armagnac production are cultivated in soils typical of the region, composed of tawny sands and clays. Traditional grape varieties, such as Ugni Blanc and Baco, are worked according to local practices.

Distillation is carried out in a traditional manner, followed by long aging in oak barrels, allowing the Armagnacs to develop complexity and depth over time, while retaining their Gascon identity.
