Domaine Jean-François Ganevat

Savagnin Antide 2020

Côtes du Jura | White | 2020

Domaine Ganevat presents its Antide cuvée, a wine made from a selection of Savagnin Vert and Jaune grapes, aged for 30 months in old oak casks and then finished in stainless steel tanks. This meticulous process reveals a wine that is both full-bodied and taut, where white fruit and candied lemon mingle with subtle notes of almonds and fresh walnuts. A rare wine to be savored with care, it beautifully expresses the richness of the Jura terroir.

Our opinion on the vintage

On the nose, Cuvée Antide immediately captivates with its seductive aromas of white fruit and fresh lemon, enhanced by a subtle touch of almond. On the palate, it offers a rich and complex experience. The generous volume is perfectly balanced by remarkable tension, resulting in an impressively long finish. Notes of fresh walnuts add to its savory and persistent character. This wine reveals itself as a true ode to purity, ideal for enthusiasts seeking authenticity and character.

Jura | France

Domaine Ganevat , located in Rotalier in the Jura region, embodies one of the most unique and accomplished expressions of the Jura vineyards. Yields are intentionally low, in order to concentrate the expression of the grape and the terroir, without artifice.
