Cantine Ermes is a Sicilian wine cooperative founded in the late 1990s, bringing together many winegrowers around a common project. It has developed with the ambition of promoting Sicilian terroirs through a demanding collective approach.
The vineyards are spread across different areas of Sicily, offering a wide diversity of soils, altitudes, and climates. Indigenous grape varieties, such as Nero d'Avola and Grillo, form the basis of production.
The winery combines traditional know-how and modern tools to produce accessible wines, while respecting the identity and typicity of Sicilian terroirs.
