Château De Gaure

Château de Gaure is a winery located in the Languedoc region, near Rouffiac-d’Aude, where the vineyards benefit from a sunny Mediterranean climate and stony soils composed of a mix of schist and limestone.

The estate has been certified organic since 2008 and biodynamic since 2021, reflecting a commitment to environmentally friendly practices.

The wines produced—red, white, and rosé—are made from hand-harvested grapes and aged in wooden vats or barrels, reflecting the richness and complexity of the Languedoc terroir.
