Céline—daughter of Jean-Marc Brocard—and Frédéric chose to go independent in order to express the local terroirs through an approach focused on the absolute quality of the raw ingredients.

From more than 35 plots spread around Chablis, Chichée, Saint-Bris-le-Vineux, and Irancy, the Chardonnays offer the crisp fruit and refined minerality characteristic of the Chablis region.
