Domaine Chavy-Chouet is a family-owned Burgundy estate, primarily located in Meursault with parcels in renowned terroirs of the Côte de Beaune, including Puligny-Montrachet, Saint-Aubin, Volnay, and Pommard. The estate was formed through the union of two historic families and is currently managed by Romaric Chavy, representing the seventh generation.

The vineyard covers approximately fifteen hectares, primarily planted with Chardonnay and Pinot Noir, with some Aligoté as well. Viticulture is carried out according to sustainable farming principles in order to respect the soils and the expression of the terroir.
