Domaine de la Paturie is a family-owned winery located in Champlitte in Bourgogne-Franche-Comté, on a south-east-facing clay-limestone terroir covering approximately 19 hectares.
Taken over by the Joyandet family in 2017, the estate cultivates grape varieties such as Pinot Noir, Chardonnay, and Auxerrois to produce red and white wines under the IGP Franche-Comté appellation, including vintages such as “Gueules de Loups” and “Par Amour.”
The grapes are harvested by hand, and the winemaking process—often carried out in oak barrels using native yeasts—aims to bring out the minerality and freshness of the local terroir.
