Domaine de la Pinte

Jura | France

Nestled in Arbois, the birthplace of the Jura’s finest wines, Domaine de la Pinte is now one of the largest organic and biodynamic estates in the region. Since the early 1990s, the Martin family has been committed to viticulture that respects the natural balance of the land, convinced that the vitality of the soil is the key to producing authentic and expressive wines.

The vineyard covers approximately 34 hectares, spread across a mosaic of marl-limestone terroirs typical of the Jura. This diversity allows the estate to cultivate all of the appellation’s iconic grape varieties: Savagnin, Chardonnay, Poulsard, Trousseau, and Pinot Noir, each of which finds a particularly pure expression here.

In the winery, winemaking is meticulous and minimally interventionist, designed to preserve the fruit’s vitality and the distinct character of each vineyard. Domaine de la Pinte is particularly renowned for the finesse of its Chardonnays, the mineral tension of its Savagnins (both top-fermented and aged under a veil), and the elegance of its Jura reds, which are both fresh and easy to drink.

Authentic, vibrant wines deeply rooted in their terroir, offering a superb introduction to the world of the Jura as well as magnificent wines with aging potential.
