Domaine de la Touraize
Domaine de la Touraize is a family-run winery located in Arbois, in the Jura region, managed by André-Jean and Héléana Morin, where they cultivate approximately 12 hectares of vineyards using certified organic farming methods.
The production includes a wide range of typical Jura wines, such as whites (Chardonnay, Savagnin), reds (Ploussard, Pinot Noir, Trousseau), as well as sparkling wines and "voile" wines like Vin Jaune.
The grapes are harvested by hand, and fermentation is carried out using native yeasts, allowing the grape varieties and the Arbois terroir to express themselves fully.
