Domaine des Tourelles is a historic estate in Lebanon's Bekaa Valley, established in the late 19th century and currently cultivates approximately 40 hectares of high-altitude vineyards. It benefits from a dry continental climate and diverse soils that promote healthy grape maturation, particularly for Syrah, Cabernet Sauvignon, Cinsault, and Carignan.
Perpetuating a family winemaking tradition, the estate employs sustainable viticulture practices, including manual harvesting and indigenous yeasts. Vinification involves maceration and fermentation in concrete tanks, followed by aging in tanks to allow the wines to develop a balanced and aromatic profile.
The estate's wines are distinguished by their fruity profile, roundness, and persistence, offering a clear expression of the Bekaa Valley terroir.
