Domaine Jérôme Chapel is a winery located in Laps, in the Puy-de-Dôme department of the Auvergne region, where Jérôme Chapel established his own vineyard after training in viticulture and the wine trade. The estate covers approximately 3.5 hectares of south-facing vineyards on the heights of Puy-Saint-Romain, on a clay-limestone and basalt terroir.

Jérôme Chapel favors modest yields to produce concentrated grapes and focuses on natural winemaking, with an approach that emphasizes respect for natural balances, particularly in terms of soil management and weed control between the rows. His white and rosé wines offer a delicate expression of Gamay and Chardonnay, while other vintages develop into more structured profiles suitable for aging.

In addition to its wine production, the estate is working to expand its visitor experience through wine tourism initiatives and to strengthen its presence within the Auvergne wine region, combining local tradition with its own innovative approach.
