Founded by Davit and Tariel Kobidze, it cultivates some twenty ancient indigenous grape varieties on plots where viticulture is practiced using organic and natural methods, without the use of pesticides or chemical additives.
The estate’s production, limited to a few thousand bottles per year, includes red, white, rosé, and orange wines made from traditional Georgian grape varieties such as Chkhaveri, Jani-Skhilatobani, Aladasturi, Sakmiela-Kamuri, and Tsolikauri, showcasing the region’s viticultural diversity.
