Les Sept Pierres is a wine project that brings together the seven appellations of the Ardèche: Saint-Joseph, Cornas, Condrieu, Saint-Péray, Vivarais, Côtes du Rhône, and Coteaux de l'Ardèche. This diversity of origins allows for a broad and nuanced interpretation of the Ardèche terroirs, between the Rhône Valley and the foothills of the Cévennes.

Syrah and Viognier form the backbone of the range, providing structure, aromatic intensity, and regional identity to the wines. This foundation is complemented by more distinctive choices, such as Pinot Noir and Riesling, grown on poor sandstone soils that promote freshness and finesse. These grape varieties reflect a free and personal approach to the Ardèche vineyards.

Located in Rosières, the estate highlights the influence of the terrain and altitude, which lend tension and elegance to the wines. The cooler climate of the Cévennes foothills helps preserve the balance and aromatic precision that are the hallmarks of the project.

Through Les Sept Pierres, the ambition is to reveal the potential of a still discreet land and to offer it the recognition it deserves, through wines marked by freshness, finesse and a sincere expression of the terroirs of the Ardèche.
