Pineau de la Loire, more commonly known as Chenin Blanc, is made here from carefully selected organic grapes. Grown in sandy and flinty clay soils, the 70-year-old vines impart a unique character to this wine. Fermentation in fiberglass tanks followed by eight months of aging preserves the grape variety's delicate nature. This process highlights the purity of the fruit while giving the wine a beautiful structure and a silky texture.

Clos Du Tue Boeuf
At Puzelat, the aim isn't to correct the wine, but to guide it. Producing Gamay or Menu Pineau in Touraine thus becomes an exercise in controlled freedom. The wines often display a very open, almost juicy fruit character, but underpinned by a thread of acidity that keeps them balanced. They are unique and unlike anything else. This has been the house's signature for decades.
