Spanning approximately 18 to 30 hectares of organically and biodynamically cultivated vineyards, the estate produces red and white wines that showcase Frappato and Nero d'Avola for the reds, and Muscat and Albanello blends for the whites. Vinification relies on indigenous yeasts and extended maceration, highlighting **purity, freshness, and terroir expression**.

Occhipinti wines are renowned for their elegance, finesse and ability to faithfully reflect the character of the limestone soils and Mediterranean climate, with emblematic cuvées such as SP68 or Vino di Contrada from specific plots.
