Pierre and Antonin imagine, select, and blend their wines in the heart of Languedoc, driven by a desire to reveal and enhance the terroirs that inspire them. Free from any family winemaking tradition, they champion an instinctive and sensory approach to wine, guided by pleasure, perfect balance, and the quality of the juice.

Their story began in July 2010 in New York, in the vibrant East Village. Around discussions about the South of France, the Mediterranean and the Languedoc dream, the idea of ​​a joint project was born, rooted in the South and open to the world, where wine becomes a field of expression and freedom.

While waiting to produce their own grapes, they founded the StricouProject collective, collaborating closely with winemakers they know and admire. Together, they create authentic, natural, and committed French wines, using an eco-responsible approach that respects the balance of living ecosystems.

In 2022, the project took on a new dimension with the planting of four hectares of vines in Montréal-d'Aude, near Carcassonne, on preserved soils. Trousseau du Languedoc, Cabernet Franc, Chenin Blanc and Albariño make up this young vineyard, conceived as a living laboratory dedicated to producing free, authentic wines deeply rooted in their terroir.
