Tacama

Tacama is one of the oldest wineries in Peru, located in the Ica Valley, where it produces both wine and pisco, the traditional Peruvian brandy. Founded in the 16th century, the estate blends history and modernity by cultivating grape varieties adapted to the desert climate and using Andean irrigation to support viticulture in arid conditions.

The historic cellars are a reminder of the colonial heritage and are now equipped with modern technologies for vinifying and aging red and white wines, as well as piscos, which are an integral part of Peru's culinary culture.
