Our opinion on the vintage

This wine captivates with its alluring bouquet of garrigue and spices, accompanied by intense notes of red fruits such as blackcurrant and raspberry. On the palate, it unfolds with remarkable breadth, marked by supple tannins and a silky texture. The finish is persistent, leaving a lasting impression of ripe fruit and warm earth. Perfectly suited to a meal, where it pairs beautifully with grilled meats, a stew, or even a flavorful monkfish, it transforms every moment into one of intense pleasure.

Chateau De Jau

Roussillon | France

Château de Jau is a historic estate in Roussillon founded in the 12th century by Cistercian monks, now managed by the Dauré family and extending over approximately one hundred hectares of vineyards.

The vines are exposed to the Tramontane winds and the Mediterranean climate, surrounded by garrigue, olive trees and cypress trees, which gives the grapes a beautiful aromatic maturity.

The estate produces a wide range of white, rosé and red wines under the Côtes du Roussillon appellation, reflecting the diversity and winemaking history of this ancient region.
