Our opinion on the vintage

The nose is intense and complex, oscillating between brioche, butter, and toast, with notes of mirabelle plum, medlar, quince, honey, and acacia blossom. On the palate, Chloé Brut Nature offers a harmonious blend of vinosity, volume, and tension, with a full body supported by a direct acidity and a mouthwatering chalky texture. The finish is long, luscious, and dry, marked by ripe citrus, yellow fruits, and a delicate, elegant bitterness.
