j'ai été enchanté de découvrir ce vin proposé par le négoce et suis très heureux de pouvoir en acquérir qq bouteilles directement .Je pense que c'est le meilleur beaujolais jamais goûté , sans être le moins du monde un expert j'ai un réel intérêt pour les vins de ce terroir et je voulais l'écrire

Anecdotes about the domain

We vinify separately our most emblematic parcels: "Le Carjot"; "la Poulette" as well as "La Pirolette" (which will also give the name of the estate!). In the cellar, we use an ancestral method to make our wines: the "grilled hat" method, which allows us to extract the wine gently and bring structure and elegance to our juices!

The domain's short story

We took over the vines in 2013. Since then, a lot of work has been done at the estate to boost it! Although the estate is all in one piece, the diversity of the soils is not reduced: we enjoyed stony soils of sandstone, blue pebbles, clay and pink granite!

The winemaker's pride

From the top of his hill in the heart of Saint-Amour, Gregory produces wine in his image: full of energy, elegant and full of freshness. If the domain is nicknamed "les passionnés" it is because of the quality of his Saint-Amour made with technicality and... of passion!
