The domain's short story
Over the last 7 years, we have halved the amount of sulfites we used in the vat room. This is very important to our customers, who are increasingly sensitive to their use. In the 2013 harvest, having already reduced to a minimum our doses of sulfites in our traditional vintages, we are embarking, together with our oenological institute, on the creation of a new "no added sulfur" vintage. The resulting champagne is very pure and very aromatic and was awarded a gold medal at the 2017 Independent Winegrowers' Awards. We obtain the Silver medal in 2016 at the Concours Mondial de Bruxelles with our Champagne Bernard BIJOTAT Brut cuvée. In 2018, at the Concours Général Agricole, the jury awarded the Gold Medal to Champagne Bernard BIJOTAT brut. An additional award which makes the pride of the house and which comes in parallel to establish the quality of our Champagne.
