A 15 hectare family farm located in the commune of Festigny, in the heart of the Marne valley. Preferred terroir for the Pinot Meunier grape variety, which we mainly use. We also cultivate the Chardonnay and Pinot Noir grape varieties to produce a balanced blend wine. Our mainly clayey-limestone vineyard is located mainly on the hillsides, our village being in a circus. It is for 5 generations that we have been developing a reasoned viticulture and a meticulous vinification.
At the end of my wine studies and after several internships in other vineyards, the last of which was in the United States, I came back to the farm with my parents for a lot of experience. And there I learned to respect traditions and family know-how. Yes, a winegrower for 5 generations! In turn, I was very keen to bring my own personal touch. This has been done for a few years now, that's my great pride, two microvinifications: the cuvée unveiled in a limited numbered series in a chrome bottle and a bleeding rosé, plus 100% Meunier. Last victory, we have just received an award of excellence in the Dussert-Gerbert guide.
To be a good winegrower, you must first of all be passionate, love working the land and making wine. But also take time for the good moments of conviviality with the customers. With the help of my parents, we also have five permanent employees. From work to leisure, our passions are common: rugby and motor sports for our moments of relaxation.
