General explanations concerning Minervois wines: terroirs, climatic and geological influences, etc. Visit of our wine cellar, explanation of the winemaking processes, wine maturing.... Initiation to tasting through 10 vintages of Château Cabezac (discovery of the 2 great terroirs). Meals with food and wine pairing, prepared by our chef from La Bastide Cabezac.
