The winemaker's pride
Château de Saint Eutrope is the story of a passionate family, attached to its land! For four generations, Olivier & Jean-Louis have perpetuated the culture of the vine in the commune of Saint-Laurent, located in the heart of the Corbières. After having made wine for more than twenty-five years in a cooperative cellar, Olivier decided to take over the family business in 1995 with his brother Jean-Louis, which represents 50 hectares of vines in the Boutenac area. Emilie & Maxime (Olivier's children) are now joining the family story alongside Olivier & Jean-Louis to share their passion for vines and wine with you! Our vineyard is mainly located on clay-limestone soils and our grape varieties have been adapted to produce rich and balanced wines. Today, Château de Saint Eutrope has nearly 50 hectares of vineyards, 70% of which are under the Corbières appellation, 20% under the Corbières-Boutenac appellation and 10% under the Pays d'Oc appellation.
