After travelling all over the world for 20 years, Béatrice and Bernard fell in love with Languedoc and the richness of its terroirs and embarked on the Haut-Blanville adventure. After a lifetime of travel, the Château is the realization of a dream and a vision. The dream that Beatrice and Bernard become winegrowers. The vision of a second wine revolution in Languedoc.
Anecdotes about the domain
"We cultivate the vines in the respect of the environment according to the precepts of the "lutte raisonnée". In the cellars we refrain from any oenological practice in order to produce totally natural wines with a low dose of sulfite. Wine is for us above all a source of team pride, creation and shared pleasure."
The domain's short story
The vision is based on the conviction that the second Languedoc wine revolution will focus on a meticulous parcel identification that will make it possible to create exceptional terroir wines as in Burgundy. Haut-Blanville was therefore built parcel by parcel. The Château fulfils Bernard's teenage dream. For 18 years, the estate's team has been working every day to bring out the best in each terroir and parcel of land at their disposal!
