The winemaker's pride
Château Romanin is the meeting point between nature, wild and savage, and the man who shapes it in his own image. Spread over 58 hectares, situated on a great terroir of reds in the Les Baux-de-Provence appellation, the vineyard is composed of scree soil whose pebbles capture heat during the day and release it at night, benefiting from the cooling power of the Mistral wind. Protected by garrigue, olive and almond trees, the vines cling to the ruins of a 13th-century Templar castle with a rich history. Here again, the elements come together in respect and harmony. Here again, the elements come together in respect and harmony, producing unique phenomena that are the perfect accompaniment to wines and olive oils, the fruit of the earth, sun and moon, and the work of men.
