Visit of a plot near the estate, in organic farming. Passage through the vineyards if the weather allows it. Then visit the winery, explanation of the harvest and vinification. Then visit the cellars, explanation of the wine maturing and bottling. All this is completed by a tasting of at least 4 wines.
From the beginning in 2009, we started the conversion to organic viticulture. From the 2013 vintage onwards, we offer certified organic wines. Small yields, manual harvesting, sorting, long vinification, everything is done to make wines with substance and taste. From fruity Burgundy to the most powerful Mercurey, our wines are pure, dense and sometimes require a little patience.
