Join us at the Domaine du Pont de Livier in Saint Georges sur Layon, on Saturday 3rd July from 6.30 to 8.30 pm to share an evening of food and wine pairing during a stroll through the vineyards, on the theme of sweet AND savoury with three grape varieties to discover or re-discover: Chenin, Grolleau and Cabernet Franc, typical of the Loire Valley region On the agenda: presentation of the estate, discussions on the basic rules for matching food and wine, then mini-games to apply what you have learned... And above all, fun, good humour and conviviality! You will leave with a summary sheet so that you can put your new knowledge into practice.
