Vinéa Natura, the Domaine Pascal and Richard Jaume's own environmental charter, implies respect for the soil, very precise interventions are meticulously orchestrated on the Jaume vineyard for a culture in harmony with nature. The use of natural organic materials, ploughing and traditional weeding of the vines, disbudding, lifting, thinning out the leaves, green harvesting, stimulation of the natural defences, are all methods used at Domaine Jaume.
The domain's short story
Since 1905 the Domaine Pascal and Richard Jaume has been passed down from father to son. Anxious to preserve this place of life and energy, the family vinifies a first vintage without sulfite "Vinea Natura": the pure expression of the soil and the know-how.
The winemaker's pride
The 92 hectares of vines belonging to the Jaume family extend over Vinsobres. Facing Mont-Ventoux and located in the northern part of the Rhône Valley. The Jaume family has been taking care of its land for more than 20 years by adopting a sustainable and responsible farming method. Thus, the balance of the soil is preserved, ensuring the qualities and expression of the terroir through wines of great finesse.
