Located in Saint André de Roquelongue in the heart of the Corbières, our farm covers 40 hectares. We produce organic wines since 2013 in IGP Aude Hauterive, AOC Corbières and AOC Corbières-Boutenac. Our vines benefit from a clay-limestone terroir with sandstone stones and sands from Fontfroide and rolled pebbles from Boutenac. Our grape varieties include Chardonnay, Grenache blanc, Vermentino, Maccabeu, Muscat petits grains, Viognier, Merlot, Grenache noir, Syrah, Carignan, Mourvèdre.
Viticulture is a family affair in the Molinier family. After having visited the great estates of Alsace as a consultant oenologist, Martine pushed her brother Christophe to take over the family business, which until then had been a cooperative winery, to set up a private winery in 1998. Back in the south she naturally wanted to vinify her wines with freshness and liveliness in the Alsatian style!
We wish to highlight our terroirs of Fontfroide and Boutenac. We therefore make our wines in single or bi-varietal to let one grape variety per terroir express itself.
