The Domaine Ricardelle de Lautrec is located in the south of France, in Coursan in the Aude, in the heart of the Languedoc Roussillon region. At the crossroads of the Clape, Minervois and Corbières terroirs, the Domaine Ricardelle de Lautrec is set in a landscape marked by history: the Via Domitia - the ancient Roman road - runs along our 50 hectares of vines. A territory with many assets, the men have been producing a natural quality wine for centuries. In 1999, Lionel Boutié, representing the fourth generation of a family well established in the wine industry, decided to turn to organic viticulture. Despite certain constraints, he does not regret this choice, quite the contrary! Every day he observes and notes the benefits of organic farming.
Taken for illuminated, we are today followed and supported by many customers and friends. Their loyalty is our pride! The second great pride we have is the return of large animals (wild boars, foxes and birds of prey) on our land.
