The domain's short story
In a cooperative structure on a human scale located in the commune of Gigondas, we entrust our Red and our Muscat to conceive our vintages the Domaine le Rocher des Dames. Passionate men allow us to realize our dream: from the work of the vineyard to the tasting of our wines with wine lovers. My oldest memory of wine goes back to Christmas dinners. Having a wine family, the table was set with bottles. Each of our parents would get up in turn to explain how they made each wine in very technical terms. As children, we would watch them with wide eyes full of admiration but also incomprehension! I have memories of happy, proud people. Their approach was very qualitative with the aim of producing the best possible wine, the marketing stage being secondary. What I regret today in our profession is that commerce has taken a very important part in the life of a winemaker. I consider myself very lucky to produce Muscat de Beaumes de Venise, it is an exceptional vineyard with a thousand year old history that touches me and speaks for itself. To this day, we are still trying to find traces of those Greeks and Romans who marked the past of this land. The soil is quite particular because it comes from the Miocene on small gravelly hillsides. But I prefer to let you come and discover it for yourselves because everyone is welcome at the Rocher des Dames! Come and see the soil, touch the grapes, smell the aromas... you will understand why the terroir of Beaumes de Venise is so precious!

Superbe bouteille!!!
