These two winegrowers, who reveal the terroirs, persevere and passionate, energize the appellation with the most accomplished work: manual harvesting, organic farming, whole bunch vinification and indigenous yeasts. Our story

The history of Clos de l'Elu is the union of two wine enthusiasts. Thomas, who trained in tropical agronomy, fell in love with wine when he made his first harvests in Burgundy. He decided to specialize and multiplied his experiences: wine merchant, consultant and then engaged in winemaking at the most beautiful Provençal estates. Charlotte is a communication specialist and passionate about wine and gastronomy. In 2008 they embarked on the creation of their domain. Thomas is in charge of the elaboration of the wines and transmits his knowledge to Charlotte by entrusting her with a cuvée: Espérance.
