Nez très fin, gourmand et charmeur. Cerise kirshé, quelques épices.
Bouche franche et équilibrée. Toujours du fruit mais avec des notes de vanille et toujours cette pointe d'épice.
Le fait de vinifier en vendange entière apporte de la mache et de la structure.
Un beau représentant de son appellation. À déguster sur un roti de porc ou sur quelques plats asiatiques.
